Each meal offers a minimum of two choices of entrees, vegetarian selection, pasta of the day, and house-made soups of the day. Additional choices include a well stocked salad bar, made-to-ord

Baldwin's Bites is set up today at the Whoopie Pie Festival. We have been teasing some new flavors and today is the day we let you know what they are. Of course we will have our award winning Smores Whoopie Pie again. First up we have the Butterdoodle. The cakes are Snickerdoodle flavor but we first dredge them in butter and roll them in cinnamon and sugar. Then we put a lightly flavored cinnamon Whoopie pie filling in the middle of them. Then we will have our twist on a Maine staple the Needham. Two chocolate cakes with Needham filling in between and then half dunked in our signature ganache. We look forward to seeing all of you today!!! Stop on by and vote for Husson!!!!!

Dining is testing out some new hours for the DDC on the weekends. We are now going to be open up earlier for breakfast at 9 am. Our trial hours will be breakfast- 9 am to 11 am, bunch- 11 am to 2 pm, lite lunch- 2 pm to 4:30 pm, dinner- 4:30 pm to 6 pm. We hope to get student feedback.
