Hey everyone!!🌱

I have gotten some requests for/have been wanting to put out a September schedule, but unexpectedly, this weekend’s Sunday farmers market in Sullivan will be the last one of the season. We will be there tomorrow 9/6, but as this has been our most consistent spot, I will be in active search for more events and places to bring the truck through the end of the season. Hopefully I will have a schedule for you soon, but for now I will be posting as we book!

Thank you all for the support this season, it has meant so much to me to have this amazing opportunity to meet you all and serve some great food! 🩷

Come see us at Swan Song Saltwater Farm’s farmers market today, we will be there 1:00-4:00.

Today’s post puts a spotlight on some specials we have run recently. The jackfruit cuban with kale chips, the loaded sweet potato, and the “lobster” roll.

Don’t forget to take a look at the specials board when you come check us out! I love creating and trying new things so you never know what you’ll find on there each week.

(Spoiler - today the loaded sweet potato is making another comeback, and may become permanent!)
