Saturday at Bangor's European Market!

This will be my last appearance at the market for a few weeks, so it will be great to see y'all!

I whipped up some yakisoba noodles with shrimp 🦐 and lots of vegetables. 20 oz portions ready to go!

Also, it's time for the famous Hot Choy pork belly bánh mì -- this will sell out, so make sure to arrive early :)

I've also got your Korean bulgogi bánh mì, the lemongrass carnitas bánh mì, the bacon & egg bánh mì, Heiwa Tofu bánh mì, and a very limited amount of Jamaican jerk chicken bánh mì.

ALL FOUR flavors of Hot Choy sauce!

For dessert? BBCC cookies and some apple c***r donut loaf!

Ways to enChoy your Saturday:

Go outside!

Come by Bangor's European Market from 8:30-12:30 where I'll be slinging your favorite bánh mì, cookies, hot sauces, and some DIGGITY DANK yaki udon stir fry (pictured)

Made with sanuki udon, lap cheong sausage, garlic, ginger, tons of vegetables, and a deliciously balanced sauce to round it out.

Then later in the day, I'll be set up at the Winterport Union Meeting House for the Donny B and Friends- FREE CONCERT at 6! I'll be there early (5-ish?) and plan on staying until sold out. Should be a great time!

Band practice on Sunday, so sadly no Bánh Mì Day on Sunday although I plan on running Monday Bánh M'Evening service.

Well, I can't ignore it anymore. The days are getting shorter, and the mornings are getting chillier. In my mind, that means it's time for Apple Cinnamon Donut Loaf!

Come get your slice this Saturday at Bangor's European Market where I'll be set up from 8:30-12:30 slinging it along my signature bánh mì and hot sauces!

But that's not all: I will also have my Dingo's Bites crackers available to purchase, ALONG WITH some hefty 20 oz portions of seriously tasty Cantonese egg noodle stir fry -- made with lap cheong sausage, mushroom, bell pepper, savoy cabbage, tons of aromatics, and a sweet, savory sauce laced with toasted sesame oil and shaoxing w**e.
