Four Springs Maple Syrup Local, 100% Pure Maple Syrup In 2012 we caught the bug! My Husband and I decided to take on the Maple Syrup business. This is a family affair!

Thanks to our wonderful mentor, it has been made possible. We collect sap from the maple trees on our farm, the farm has been in my family since 18--, we are the 8th generation! Our timber is so important to us, we value all that it provides us with. Our three young children get right in an help when ever they are needed. What a fantastic opportunity for them!

Finally a day worth posting about!
Things have been slow! The temperatures just have not been right for those of us who make maple syrup. Today something happened, the trees finally woke up!

Cross your fingers for more days like this!

I do have to tell you all....our supply will be WAY DOWN this season...we are predicting about 1/4 of what we have gotten in the past. 😑 It's getting late in the season...don't know how many more runs we'll get. 😐
