July tasting menu! Loving on cucumber, strawberry, mint & dill.

1. Oyster Duo Bar Harbor Oyster Co strawberry cucumber granita & Oyster Rockefeller
2. Smashed cucumber salad with pickled strawberry, fresh crab and dill
3. Green Gazpacho - with cucumber flower
4. Roasted carrots, garden chimi with pork belly and labneh
5. Filet mignon with roasted mushrooms, savory and mushroom cream
6. Lemon yogurt with fresh strawberries, shortbread crumble and strawberry curd.

Hello beautiful humans! Our friends Rodney & Rufus are setting up their Jamaican Style Fish Fry on our lawn with Sassafrass Bar Open. Food only available until it sells out … so come and scoop it up - the fun will continue with DubTrane playing from 6:00-8:00. Sass kitchen will be open at 5:00. Hope to see you around today!
