We offer up to ten different wines and are sure that you will find one that will please your palate. For just $5, patrons can taste all our wines and keep their glass. Complimentary tastings are also av

ailable with four of our wines. Our wines are available for sale by the glass, bottle, or case. We also offer for sale a variety of Baraboo Candy Company chocolates which pair nicely with our wines. This past week we started trimming grape clusters on the vines. This is called crop thinning or cluster thinning and it helps the plant focus its energy. This practice improves grape size, prevents stressing the vine, and lowers the risk of rot. This results in a strong crop, a sweeter grape and a premium wine.

We take pride in every aspect of the winemaking process and we hope it shows in the quality of our wines.
