We are sad to announce that we are selling our Gyp Hill property near Medicine Lodge😞 We had dreams for this place and we absolutely loved the views, but we have had trouble finding someone willing to drill for a water well. We can't move forward with buildings or any other plans until we know we have water. So, when we got the opportunity to purchase another piece of land that we know we can get drilled, we made the bittersweet decision to sell it so we can purchase the other. As of November 2 our rugged property will have new owners.

Only buckling in the litter of quads.
Disbudded and CDT vaccinated.
The sweetest of the litter. He is like a little under foot bottle baby all up in your business🥰 he was the smallest and became so tame when I was bringing him up on the milk stand to nurse from his adopted momma when I was getting her to take him and his sister.
Dam gave me over a gallon a day as a first and second freshener. I have not started milking her twice a day yet but expect more of the same from her this year especially since birthing quads. Sire's dam gave over a gallon a day as a first freshener when he was born.
Disease tested negative herd for CL, CAE, & Johne's disease.
He has heavy roaning. I'll post more recent pictures of him on here asap.

This doe has been such a blessing since the day we brought her home! She's blessed us with a set of twin doelings, two sets of twin bucklings, and a single doeling... I have milked her for over a year now with her still giving over 2.5 quarts a day. I wasn't sure I wanted to dry her off before we left on vacation so I tried putting 2 of of Luna's smaller babies on her for a couple of days to see if she MIGHT possibly let them nurse and she absolutely took them from Luna! Lol
They are fully her babies now. I kinda feel bad for not breeding her in the fall now and letting her have babies this spring, but it worked out perfectly. Astra loves on them, calls for them, cleans them, and nurses them just like she birthed them, and they follow her and look for her just like she's their momma. It's so amazingly sweet to watch. They were a full month old before I even tried.
Luna could totally handle feeding all 4, but they were smaller and struggling a little to fight off the bigger 2 while nursing (and momma will only allow them to nurse for so long so they don't get sick) so it worked out perfectly for all of us!😍

She's such a beautiful doe!
Her dam, Astra, freshened a year ago last month and is still giving me 5 lbs a day!
This is Luna's 3rd freshening and she has always given me a little over 8 lbs (a gallon) a day at her peak. I plan to milk her for the next year and see how she does🥰
