After what has been one of our most challenging growing seasons, it’s exciting to finally see our cool-season crops coming together! 💚

Today, we were back out in the garden harvesting some beautiful fall produce, including:

For those of you who already have prepayments accounted for from our previous round, CSA boxes will FINALLY be going out very soon! 🙌

We’ve been working hard to finish this season on a stronger note, and we’re excited to get more freshly harvested produce into your hands. Keep an eye out for updates as we begin preparing your boxes!

That means our refrigerator is stocked and ready for everyone who needs to replenish their egg supply!

🌱 A little garden update from The Reviving Garden! 🌿

We know we haven’t shared nearly as many continuous garden photos this year as we normally would. Truthfully, this growing season just didn’t go as well as we hoped, and between inconsistent growth, germination issues, and everything else Mother Nature threw our way, there simply weren’t as many exciting garden updates to share.

But the garden is still growing! 💚 Here’s an updated look at the space, along with one of our recent harvests of fresh Genovese basil. We’ve started harvesting the basil in smaller batches and getting it right into the dehydrator so we can continue building up our dried herb inventory instead of letting anything go to waste. 🌿

🥬 And some good news for our CSA members: our cool-season crops are currently looking really good! If everything continues growing as planned, we’re hopeful we’ll have a nice assortment of greens toward the end of the season and be able to get a few more CSA boxes out to give everyone a nice finish to what has definitely been a challenging growing year.

🍯 As the growing season winds down, The Reviving Garden isn’t disappearing!

We still have one final Wadsworth Farmers Market next week, and after that we’ll be transitioning over to the Canton Farmers Market, where you’ll be able to find us during the remaining outdoor markets and then throughout their indoor market season. We’re also potentially looking at another House Three Thirty event in November!

And this is a great time for everyone to start becoming more familiar with our online options. Even when you don’t see us at a market, you’ll still be able to regularly shop what’s currently in stock — including honey, specialty honey, dried herbs, eggs, sunflower seeds and more. 🥚🌻🍯🌿

Our fall honey R&D batches are nearly finished — at least we think 😂 — so tomorrow we’re bringing 1oz test jars of each fall flavor so you can try them before they officially go into production!

We’ll also have our current summer specialty flavors that are already bottled and ready to go.
