Employee of the Month 🌿
Yandi started part-time back in 2001 and grew into a full-time role, becoming such an important part of The Magnolia Company along the way. From the early days working alongside the beginnings of the company to now helping bring each order to life, she’s truly been part of it all.
Her role focuses on carefully packing and shipping a wide variety of trees, making sure each one arrives just right. What she loves most is that moment when everything is packed and sent out the door… that feeling of accomplishment knowing something meaningful is on its way to someone’s home.
Over the years, one of the biggest changes has been the move to the sawmill, giving more space to do the work that goes into every order you receive.
Outside of work, you’ll find her relaxing, spending time with family, or at the gym. Fun fact… she loves couponing and has saved thousands doing it. And if you ever get the chance, try her mole… it’s a family favorite for a reason.
