The Parlor Room is making room for more of you. 🥃✨

We’re opening up our space and expanding our seating so we can welcome more guests for the brand-hosted bourbon experiences we have coming this fall.

And what better way to reveal the new Parlor than with a Rare Character takeover?

Join us Monday, August 31 for our Prix Fixe night featuring Rare Character Whiskey. Stop in for a neat pour with Meagan Russell, grab a cocktail by Katie Andrade Cruz, and be one of the first to see the newly expanded space.

Two podcast hosts walked into The Parlor Room…

Getting to sit down with Jake and Scott from Bourbon Lens and completely nerd out over one of Bardstown’s most historic distilleries was way too much fun!

We talked Barton history, the people and stories behind the whiskey, 1792 Bourbon, and of course, tasted a few things along the way.

Huge thank you to Jake and Scott for coming to hang out with me and letting me talk about a brand I could clearly talk about for HOURS. 😂 This was such a fun one, and I already want to do more like it!

I joined Kenny Levine at Preservation Distillery to help create a custom vintage bourbon blend called “After Breakfast”. We tasted through multiple combinations of bourbons aged 17, 19, and 21 years from Marci Palatella’s historic collection. The final blend is bottled at 124.2 proof and will be available as a limited tasting experience at The Parlor Room starting mid-September.
