✨ First Classification Day in the Books! ✨
Today was our very first time classifying cows on the farm, and we couldn’t be happier with how it went. We ran a total of 112 cows, and the results were definitely something to celebrate!

⭐️ 1 Excellent 91
⭐️ 4 Excellent 90s
💫 3 Very Good 88
💫 5 Very Good 87
💫 9 Very Good 86

The majority of the cows we classified came from a herd we acquired this past spring — making these results even more exciting as we continue developing and integrating the herd.

Nothing scored under 70, with most landing solidly in the mid-80s. A big win for our team and the cows who work hard for us every day.

Yesterday was a big day — we officially moved the cows into the new barn! 🐄✨

This space was built with comfort in mind — more room to move, better ventilation, and a layout that makes daily care smoother for both cows and crew. Seeing them settle in so quickly makes all the hard work worth it.

A huge thank-you to everyone who made this possible — the builders, electricians, suppliers, family, friends, and our amazing team who poured their hearts (and long hours) into every detail. We couldn’t have done it without you. 💪❤️

Here’s to happier cows and a bright future ahead! 🐮🏠

And so it begins!
🌽🚜 Corn silage harvest has officially begun!

We’re thankful for good weather to get the job done and praying it continues to hold as the fields open up. Harvest time always reminds us how much faith and hard work go hand in hand — from the machinery running, to the neighbors who lend a hand.

Wishing all farm families a safe season ahead. Here’s to full silos, smooth runs, and plenty of patience as the long days start. 🙏🌾💛

We’re making serious progress with some exciting upgrades: a new milk cow barn is going up, a new bunk pad is going in, and we’re in full swing chopping triticale. Every project is a step forward in improving our operation, building for the future, and making things more efficient.
