We will no longer be growing produce. Thank you for your past support. Jason's love of gardening has expanded through the years and after the purchase of the Farm, continues to grow every year. We specialize in Heirloom Tomatoes and with the addition of the High Tunnel this last year, we had a bumper crop. We plant pumpkins for the Fall and add gourds, bales of straw, corn stalks and broom corn. We are also found at the Maryville Farmer's Market on Wednesday's and Saturday's during the summer.

Our Story

Jason's love of gardening has expanded through the years and after the purchase of the Farm, continues to grow every year. He loves to grow Heirloom Tomatoes and with the addition of the High Tunnel a few years ago, we had a bumper crop. We have now expanded to 3 High Tunnels and grow some of the best tomatoes around the area. We start our own plants from seeds and try as many Heirloom varieties as possible. We also grow Sweet Corn, Cucumbers, Hard neck Garlic, Beets, Rhubarb, Sweet Peppers, Eggplant, Zucchini and Summer Squash, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Fingerling potatoes, Red potatoes. We love introducing people to the sweetness and full flavor of an Heirloom tomato grown in the rich river bottom soil of the farm.

Linda was able to take the Grower Training Course thru the Produce Safety Alliance and K State University which was designed to provide a foundation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) knowledge that emphasized co-management of food safety and environmental management while outlining the requirements in the Food Safety Modernization Act. Even though our Farm is small enough to be exempt, we wanted to be following the practices that assure anyone that our produce is grown and handled with their safety in mind. We follow organic practices as much as possible, who wants to eat all those chemicals?

We look forward to each growing season, we learn something new every year.
