We are producing small batch, hand crafted, seasonal preserves in Western North Carolina. Ashe` Spring Farm is our home and where we are preparing to grow our own produce for our spreads. We also support other farmers with in a 60 miles of our home, use the least ingredients possible, and we are partnered with A.S.A.P. We process our berries within days of picking, in season, to catch the true ess

ence of flavor. Canning is a way to capture the true taste of a berry, even after the season has passed. We keep our batches small to keep the integrity of the berry and quality of the preserve.
