Crops are maturing beautifully in the field and even the cucumbers and squash made it through the frosts. We are planning for a harvest of 400 kale bunches next week. We will be at the North Asheville Tailgate market this week, pre order on our online shop and we will have product for sale at market.

This time of year means long hours, never ending to-do lists, and tired bodies. It’s important to remember to stop and smile and enjoy the fruits of labor (literally HA).
