Made my belly very happy! Loaf is ground meat, veggies, spices..then I fried it and basted it in vegan butter and ketchup. The greens are baby spinach with onions and shallots. I micro diced the end of the onion and threw it in with the oil - it dissolved like lava…instant flavored oil! The potatoes are roasted with SPN…Salt, Pepper, Nooch! I added garlic- it’s Jersey! Fun meal!

What is this???
No —-it’s not space raspberries! They are Cancer cells. These suckers destroy lives. On this day, World Cancer Day- let’s agree that this is the Enemy! Let’s stop partisan crap and help our fellow Americans and eliminate this disease. Let’s start funding back to eradicate this! So many are affected and now Folks may have to forgo clinical trials because of the doings of this administration. Help your Fellow Humans Folks!

Another cocktail I tried- very tasty! Didn’t realize the sugar content 😬 besides that I pleasant drink. It has blue agave, nectar, prickly pear, hibiscus, chamomile, grapefruit. Lots of adaptations too-ginseng, L Thianine, green tea extract, ashwaganda… the call at splash club soda, but too sweet for me. 🤭

In honor of dry January, here’s something different! The Pathfinder from It’s a non-alcoholic spirit made with worm wood, ginger juniper saffron , Douglas fir… I mixed mine with a little bit of seltzer, sq**rt of lemon juice . A tad bitter by itself. Smooth and herby. A bit of a numbing on your tongue 😄…Mixed it all together- taste like a dirty Coke! Super good super fun. So many things you can mix with - ginger ale, tonic, OJ Definitely something to try
