We had a real long day yesterday. After homeschooling, we worked really hard as a family and laid grass seed and hand distributed hay over it to (hopefully) get some grass started in this dirt yard we currently have going. 😂 We’re hoping this will give the kids a bigger area to play in and a resemblance of a backyard while we’re in the RV!

Working on the homestead today… getting the chicken run set up for the grow outs, trimming up and putting cages on the tomatoes, and checking on the animals. Everyone and everything is growing! Spring is my favorite! 🥰❤️🌼🐥🐰

We have 9 cute, little additions to the homestead! We decided to go with 4 barred rocks and 4 olive Eggers this year. Our last minute addition includes our very first Salmon Favorelle, who has been named Cupcake. She was the only one to be named and is a special chick for our girl bc of experiencing a few too many loses around here lately. ❤️

Starting small this year since we’re in the RV. BUT we have our raised beds put together, 6 tomato plants, 4 jalapeño plants, and 2 basil plants put in, and we have 2 beds full of wild flower seems to bring us extra joy!

Introducing the newest, cutest faces of Bradley Family Farm!! These are our breeding stock for our meat rabbits! They will be the mamas and the papa of our future litters, hopefully for the next several years! Please meet Violet (grey female), Clover (broken white and grey female), and Honey (red male). They are all so sweet and cuddly and settling in really nicely! They’re currently still babies, but we plan to start breeding them this fall! Here’s to new adventures! 🥰🐰❤️

I promised growth in various directions, and here’s one of the ways we are growing! This week, we have been getting these cages set up and lined with hardware cloth to prep them for our newest farm arrivals! I can’t wait to share some cute faces with you guys soon! 🐰🥰❤️
