Had a little play time while momma Stormi had a little break.. so they hung out with grandma Ruby❤️

Ruby is currently our best producing nanny when crossed with Rip.. she’s been moved to the holding pen while we anxiously await her babies😍.. you can see she’s large and in charge?

Wonder where the kids got their paint pattern? 🤔😂

Pepper is a just turned 4yr old black dapple headed paint commercial boer doe. She is on the larger side of my girls.. pepper was my daughter 4h project in 22’ so she’s been handled a lot. Pepper is out of a red dapple ABGA registerd buck ( I do have pictures of him from when I owned him) and a black capped doe.

Pepper is open. She previously gave me a large black capped single buck kid in 23’ and again a very large over 11lb single black capped buck kid in 24’ ( I have pictures of both) she is a fantastic mother!

I have a strict no keeper policy until i can no longer use my current buck and on the rare chance i do never normally a buck..but when I have 2 does that can no longer be bred to our standing buck and one like this hits the ground!

He wasn’t my first choice but by two weeks he was looking phenomenal!

Rip x Ruby put everything they had into this boy and I’m not mad about it!

Wide flat back, broke open in the chest, lots of hip!
I can not wait to watch this boy grow and watch him blossom!

Hopefully we can get him into the show pen a time to two this summer!

We’re getting close T-29 days until kids hit the ground! ❤️

All kids this year are sired by our whether genetics son of Black Label. We were so impressed with his kid crop last year, I can not wait to see what’s produces this year! 😍

Morning play time while I pitch their pen. It’s almost time for most of them to leave. One week left till pick up and we say good bye. So excited to see 6 of them at Belmont County Fair!

Just a heads up in the coming months we will be thinning our herd. We have 5 possibly 6 (we’re not set on the 6th) does up for grabs. All full blood boers ages 2-5yrs.
