Yesterday, I was at Easom Farms in Slaughterville, OK. Steve's "Warriors to Bees" program is helping Toddling Twins Family Farm replenish hives that were destroyed/damaged from the recent Barnsdall tornado. We are happy to be part of a program that allows bees to be rehomed/rehived and be allowed to live on and be a blessing to the environment. Toddling twins family farm is proud to be a graduate of "Heroes to Hives" and strive to be good stewards of this precious resource which is absolutely necessary for our agricultural ecosystem.

We look forward to seeing all of you at the Skiatook Farmers Market, today! As always, our girls have worked hard this week to lay those farm fresh eggs you all love! This week we have fresh baked white sandwich bread, peanut butter cookies and pumpkin spice cookies available. Don't forget you can always preorder through our store link here on our fb page and have your order ready for pickup at the farmer's market. That way you don't have to worry about items being sold out!

We sold out of our preordered chickens in August, but don't worry we will have more available in November. Go to our store link above and place your preorder! We will notify you when your chicken is ready for pickup or delivery!

Toddling Twins wants to let everyone know we will not be at the Skiatook Farmers Market today!

Due to the very real risk of severe weather that is expected to occur during market hours, we have decided not to be there.

We value each and every one of our customers and want everyone to be safe. We all know how Oklahoma weather can turn on a dime and usually not in a favorable way.

We encourage each and everyone of you to visit our online store which can be accessed from our page or at www.toddlingtwinsfamilyfarm.com. If you make a purchase before 1am Monday morning we will deliver to you this week if you live within our delivery zones. If you don't then we will make arrangements with you to schedule a pickup location. Pickup on the farm is also an option.

Some thoughts after a thorough inspection of all 22 hives in the farm apiary. All of our nucs are off to a great start! And my final thought...I have some freaking awesome queens!

Our hens are loving this cooler weather and are laying eggs like crazy. I swear some of them are laying 2 or 3 eggs a day! just kidding, but they are happier with this weather and are showing it by laying lot's of eggs.

A Collinsville farmer's market just reopened at a new, bigger space after it outgrew its old location. The Farm Hippie opened four years ago and is an indoor farmer's market open year-round.
