Join us on September 26 for Whiskey Strings Fest, our food truck is being taken over by none other than Chef Dominique Leach! Winner of Food Network’s BBQ Brawl Season 4!

Chef Dominique is the owner and pitmaster behind Lexington Betty Smokehouse, the acclaimed Chicago barbecue restaurant she built from the ground up. Starting as a food truck before becoming one of the city’s most celebrated smokehouses. She’s gone head-to-head with some of the biggest names in food television, competing on Chopped and Fire Masters before taking home the title on BBQ Brawl. Her barbecue has been featured across the country, and her product line can even be found on grocery shelves throughout Chicagoland.

Now, she’s bringing that same fire straight to Round Barn Winery & Estate. For one day only, Lexington Betty Smokehouse is taking over our food truck and if you want the full experience, the VIP Experience is the way to do it!
