Some scenes from lately- as our season winds down we’ve been getting the last of the storage crops out of the fields and planting the greenhouses to overwintering onions and greens. Our resting fields are seeded with lush cover crops of peas and oats which will fix nutrients, prevent erosion, and leave us with a nice layer of organic matter going into next spring. 🍁🍃
