The peepers are peeping and the leeks are leaping signaling an end to our sugaring season this past week.The 2021 maple sugar season came up a little short, about 30 percent less than a full crop. The sap run started late and lasted a little less than a month. Nonetheless, we are grateful for what we got and now it's on to pulling taps and cleaning up. Thanks for looking and stay safe and healthy!

Tree's aren't ready to throw in the towel just yet. Sap has cleared up and is coming in hard. Yes I re-seated the spout at the end of the video to fix the leak.
