Pear C***r 🍐! We’ve ended up with quite a lot more pear c***r (think fresh apple c***r) than we can manage. Stop by the farm store and sample some on us. Also bring a container or two …or more and bring some home with you! We have more than pictured here and will refill. 🍂🍁

🐔🌾 **That’s a Wrap on Our Broiler Chicken Season!** 🌾🐔

This week wrapped up our broiler chicken growing season, and just like that, it’s over! It seems like the season started yesterday, and somehow it came to an end just as quickly.

This year, we raised, processed, and butchered **600 pasture-raised broiler chickens — all right here in Barre!** 🐔❤️

We cannot thank everyone enough who purchased, cooked, and enjoyed our pasture-raised chicken this season. Your support of our farm and local food system means more than you know!

For those who may not be aware, we offer several ways to get our chicken:

🐔 **Chicken CSA**
🍗 **Whole chickens**
🍗 **Individual chicken cuts**
🧺 **Available at the Barre, Chelsea & Randolph Farmers Markets**
🏡 **Our self-serve farmstand**

Interested in learning more about our **Chicken CSA** or what chicken offerings we have available? **Reach out!** We love to talk chicken! 🐔💬

🦃 **And looking ahead to Thanksgiving…**

We will have **fresh, locally raised turkeys available Thanksgiving week!** 🦃🍂

Our turkeys tend to go quickly, so if you want to make sure you have one ready for the oven, **we recommend putting down a deposit early to reserve yours.**

Thank you again for supporting **Cedar Brook Homestead** and helping us keep local food growing right here in our community! ❤️🌱

Mother Nature wins again. As always, our farm stand will be open and stocked.

Mother Nature isn't cooperating so unfortunately, all of tonight's events in Currier Park have been cancelled.

Please share and spread the word.

See you next week!!!!
