Today’s release: Six Years, an Orchard 🍾

A collaboration with our friends at MORE Brewing, built on patience, experimentation, and a little bit of serendipity.

We brewed the wort at MORE brewing, then transferred it into tanks we brought with us. Before heading back to Sundial, we blended in a wild cider they had made six years ago as a cellar experiment. Once home, we fermented it with our house saison yeast, dry hopped it, and naturally conditioned it in both bottles and kegs.

From a dusty construction site to a room full of great beer and great people—we couldn’t have done it without all of you. Thank you for supporting this little brewery over the past 3+ years.

To celebrate, we’re releasing our Anniversary Saison—a rustic, naturally conditioned saison brewed for the occasion.

🦞 Cousins Maine Lobster will be serving all day.
⛳ We’ll have The Open Championship on throughout the day.
⚽ And we’ll be switching over for France 🇫🇷 vs. England 🏴 this afternoon.

Come raise a glass with us, grab a lobster roll, and celebrate another year of Sundial.
