An ode to the great pipe-weeds of the Shire.

Old Toby Pale Ale is available today. Brewed with Cascade, Citra and Celeste hops, it brings bright citrus, floral aromatics and a balanced hop character at 5.6% ABV.

Come enjoy a pint among good company—we’re open 4–10 PM today.

A few updates for the week:

New conservas from José Gourmet (Jose Gourmet)and Güeyu Mar (Conservas Braseadas Güeyu Mar) are hitting the shelves, and our new Pale Ale—brewed with Cascade, Citra and Celeste hops—will be available tomorrow.

Unfortunately, Wednesday’s bonsai class has been canceled. We’re sad to share that they will no longer be offering classes in Illinois.

We’ll still be open Wednesday from 4–10 PM. Stop in for a b**r and check out the new tins!

A new Czech-Style Pilsner is almost ready.

We couldn’t get fresh Zuper Saazer hops from hop head farms this year, but we still wanted to make something in the same spirit. This one received whole-cone Saaz hops on both the hot side and cold side for that classic herbal, spicy and floral character.

Pictured are some of the whole-cone Saaz hops used for “whirlpool” and dry hopping. Look out for this pouring from one of our Lukr faucets later this week!
