the farm is closed on Sunday and Monday of every week, for our chores and family time
but the farmstand will still have products.

A sad morning. I lost my favorite hen.
Jezebel was a diamond jubilee orpington who had a good and long life here.
Hatched by us, raised with her flock of jubilee, she was the last of her jubilee flock. She took Thor as her rooster, and lived the rest of her time with her older pals, the silver laced orpingtons, and Goldie hawn, the elderly golden laced orpington.
she was a queen among her own kind. Sweet, friendly and always down for a snack. All the birds loved Jezebel too.
Jezebel was 11 years old at passing.
She passed in her sleep last night, in her coop , surrounded by Thor, Goldie, miss Beautiful and Thor by her side.
She is loved, and missed by us all.
Fly free now girl. 💔💔💔 RIP.

Well, yesterday i was at home, after work at around 5:10, getting ready for a shower, when a young Asian woman came to my front door and proceeded to constantly ring my doorbell for over 30 times, bang hard on my front door, yell"hello!", and was extremely rude to do so. I quickly got redressed, rushed to the door, whipped it open and said "WHAT??"
(I thought it was an emergency )
Well, all that rude bell ringing and banging on my door just to ask if i sell live chickens.....those who know me know that behavior pi**es me off. She is no longer allowed on my property. When i told her she was rude to ring and bang so much, she looked totally clueless, but that isnt welcome in any culture. Add to that our farm hours end at 5, drop ins are discouraged, and i do NOT sell my live chickens for their disgusting ceremonies that involve killing a live hen. The next one to ask, will be greatly surprised, humiliated, and banned from my farm. I dont raise my animals to be sacrificed for foreign or domestic ceremonies, just the thought of that boils my blood. Rant over.

We have one big boss Turkey available now. He is 31.83 pounds. At the low price of $150. Thats less than $5.00 lb for super fresh, free ranged, veggie and fruit loving farm turkey. Available now until Tues.

4 fresh turkeys will be ready for pickup Sunday, Nov 23rd tru Tuesday, Nov 25th. Will be processed Sat and Sunday before Thanksgiving. $5.00/lb.

Tigger came home. Vet checked, and ok, just very tired with lots of ticks on arrival.
