Our Final stop for Hop Harvest 2026 was with our friends Crosby Hops in Woodburn, Oregon
Crosby has been a part of Tonewood since Day 1 and it’s Terroir has been a driving force behind the development of our b**rs here Tonewood Brewing
Not only has there product driven our growth over the years, the company culture and corporate responsibility behind the brand has inspired our path and continues to do so. From its investment in renewable energies, thoughtful capital improvement projects and commitment to B Corp Status, we continue to find inspiration during our visits to Crosby Hops
It was a treat to have Blake Crosby, the leading force behind this 6th generation family farm, join us in the room this year for our selection. Getting incites and history on the lots we were choosing from him was an amazing experience for our team!!!
Big thanks to the entire Crosby Hops team. Cant wait to brew with this year’s harvest and already looking forward to our visit next year!

Hop Harvest 2026 is upon us! The team is having an amazing trip to the Pacific Northwest to assess this years crop
We are super excited about the quality of Hops we have been rubbing out here. Everything has been fantastic and will allow us to continue elevating the b**rs we will produce over the next year
We started our trip in Yakima, Washington with our partners YCH Hops. Here we selected our Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic , all of which were wonderful and will push our beloved Fuego to the next level in 2027
Here in Yakima we took a trip to visit Loza farms. What an amazing experience, here we spent the afternoon with “Jr.” Loza. While most of the farms in the Yakima Valley are 5th or 6th Generation operations Loza stands apart as a 1st generation operation
Jr’s father, a Mexican immigrant worker, purchased the farm he worked in the Valley for many years and has since handed over operations to Jr, who has been working the farm since he was 13. A beautiful story showcasing the backbone of the products we take for granted
From here we will travel to the Willamette Valley, Oregon

American pale ale | Hoppy ale made in collaboration with our buds 2D. Brewed with pilsner malt, malted wheat, and touch of golden promise. Hopped and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Riwaka.

Bright notes of tropical fruit, strawberry, orange sorbet, grapefruit zest, and pine sap

As we jump into Labor Day Weekend here Tonewood Brewing, we’re diving head first into our favorite way to celebrate an amazing summer of hanging poolside, with a Deep End.
Deep End is our “Poolside Inspired” Amber L***r. Don’t be fooled by its amber appearance, this L***r is just as crisp and refreshing as our summertime companion, Poolside
Brewed with a base of Weyermann ® Specialty Malts Munich malt and hopped with some of Germany’s finest of noble hops. Deep End is fermented with a classic yeast strain that traces its roots back to 19th century German immigration to Mexico and the production of “Vienna-Style Dark B**rs”
Enjoy this b**r as the hot days fade into cool nights and campfires, a great companion for both
