The Bruja Experience
5 course dinner .. this one just had a lil extra pairing to go with it. We enjoy story telling with our food and magically ambience.
Menu:
Epazote egg custard fried pan de sal, citrus farmers cheese,toasted hoja santa, cuatro semilla salsa macha, cilantro

Milpas salad - arugula, flor de calabasa, pickled nopales y cebollas, roasted corn, prickly pear vinaigrette, toasted pepitas, queso fresco
Course 3
local line caught tuna, cherry serrano aguachile, mango segments, meyer lemon gastrique, fresh basil, black lava salt
Course 4
Grilled Ribeye, guajillo sauce, huitlacoche y truffle polenta, tangerine glazed carrots, cilantro
Course 5
Raspados Shave Ice elote ice cream, lemon curd, chocolate tart shells, seasonal berries, sal de chaplin
