Good afternoon to all our customers! Just a quick update now that we are through with the Youth Hunt- We are doing some upgrades to our walk in cooler and we will be closed from taking in deer today/October 14 through tentatively October 19. Also we are getting a new driveway to the butcher shop for all of you to use!! The dirt work looks to be done by next Tuesday as well so next time you come see us look for the new extrance at the top of the hill. Sorry for any inconvenience this short closure causes and we look forward to seeing you next week. Happy hunting!

And just like that....the 2026/2027 deer season is here! We kicked off the season on Wednesday by taking in a few bear to get dialed in and are now ready to focus on deer which are our specialty. Attached is the 26/27 cut sheet. We want to wish all our customers a safe and successful hunting season and look forward to seeing you all soon. Good luck hunting!

Yesterday we lost our mascot for Yoder Meat Processing😞 We found Bentley gone in his bed yesterday morning. It's going to be different walking up to the butcher shop without him hustling along ahead of me to go see which one of his favorite customers had stopped by and check out what they had brought. He was always just as excited about the 1,000th deer as the first😄 He would have been 11 in August. I could go on and on but anyways what a dog! We're sure going to miss him around here! And I know he would have loved to see you all again this fall. I hope you all had a great rest of your winter and looking forward to seeing you again when the leaves start turning!
