Weeks 2&3 building project update. Dirt work completed, water lines installed, septic tank and lines installed, building pad build, drive and parking installed, and grass seeded.
Next step is waiting for concrete crew to set forms so plumbing and electrical pipes can be laid.

We have another harvest that takes place besides the sap we collect from the trees. We are cleaning up dead trees, down trees, etc. that will be used to fire our wood fired evaporator to boil down sap for the next upcoming seasons. It's been a great week to work in the woods.

Last week we finished up production season and now we are in the cleanup mode. Another day of rolling up tubing and packing it out of the woods until next year. A few spring flowers are just starting to appear. Does anyone know what variety these are?
