HOGS AVAILABLE!

We have a few hogs heading to the Country Butcher Shop in Palmyra, MO, in the next few weeks. These will be the LAST AVAILABLE for the next several months.

Our Berkshire-cross heritage pork is tender and tasty, perfect for hams, pork steak, chops, bacon, brats, or sausage! By ordering your own custom processing, you get the cuts you want, seasoned and packaged how you want them.

The cost of the hog is $1.10/pound hanging weight, and then you pay the butcher shop separately for whatever you have done. They'll talk you through what cuts are available, if you want anything ground, seasoned, cured, etc.

Our hogs are all born and raised on our family farm near Barry, IL.

HOGS AVAILABLE Tuesday, August 5. Aaron is taking hogs to Country Butcher Shop in Palmyra on the 5th and has a few extra halves or wholes available. He's asking $100 for a half or $200 for a whole hog, then you pay the butcher for your custom processing as usual. Our Berkshire-cross heritage pork is tender and tasty. All hogs are all born and raised outside on our family farm near Barry, Illinois. Meat is processed and frozen at a USDA-inspected facility.

- We deliver to Adams, Brown, Pike, Schuyler, and Scott counties in Illinois; and Marion, Pike, and Ralls counties in Missouri.
- A delivery fee of $10 will be charged for orders under $100.
- Free pickup can be arranged in Barry, Illinois.
- We accept Venmo (preferred), Facebook Pay, or cash/personal check (pickup orders only).

To enter the contest, like our page and share this post. We will randomly select three winners on Friday, January 5th. Each winner will have their choice of five one-pound packages of bulk sausage or ground pork. Must be able to accept delivery or meet within the counties listed above.
