Sold- 1 Whole Beef or 2 halves need to be claimed ASAP!

We have a full Dexter beef going to the processor June 11th. He is just over 30 months so will be bone out cuts. We anticipate a hang weight between 350-400 #. He will be $4.50/lb hang weight customer pays processing. Dexters are 1/3 to 1/2 the size of standard commercial cattle which makes a whole dexter about the same size as half of a commercial cow. $100 hold fee and the rest once we get an official weight. He is going to The Cut Processor in Mt. Pleasant and pick up will be there when complete.
