If I'm not behind the bar or in the kitchen (or running around like a wild person because I got called in due to extreme busy-ness) then I am usually working from home on all the behind the scenes things.
*Booking events
*Menu analysis and ideas
*I do all my own book keeping
*Making schedules
*Responding to emails and vendors
*Sourcing the best items at the best prices
*Literally everything behind the scenes to make Murphy's flow
The home office (so sometimes I can see my family too) ;) "because if you own a business you only have to work when you want to" 🤣

In light of being out of soup we cooked up a fresh batch of homemade CHILI 😘 just this morning!
Every bowl is served hot with your choice of toppings and crackers if you want them!
