My mom and I went to our second Cake Class with Thanks Paola for all your patience.

They say Practice Makes ........ Improvements..

I guess practice does make improvements. We learned many more new techniques. And we were able to make a cake. I was super happy and excited about my end results.

Group Cake class with Thanks Paola and everyone else that was there we had so much fun.

My Mom & I had our very first Cake 🎂 class. We had some technical difficulties but we learned a lot. From what to do and what not to. Lol. From baking, stacking, filling, crumb coating, ganache dripping (even though mine was more of a flood lol) and decorating the cake. I keep learning new skills and trying to improve them. We will be retaking the class soon to learn even more about cakes.

Last week I had a Cake Pop Class with Thanks for all the patience you have with me.

I had so much fun with Paola and my Mom. And I was extra excited with the surprise theme. 👻🎃 Halloween 🎃 👻 yayy.

I keep learning new skills and new treats to be able to provide you in the future with my delicious treats.

Private Chocolate Class with Paola from THANK YOU!!

I learned how to make dipped pretzels, marshmallows and rice crispies, also oreos and dipped cake pops. I learned different techniques and used sprinkles with each dessert. The class was very fun and informative. Can't wait for my next class.
