Hello Bartlesville!! We’re here this week at the Bartlesville Farmers Market. It’s cool and cloudy, but the vibes are good! We’d love to see all of your smiling, friendly faces!😁

-Our flavors this week are Grapefruit Water Kefir and Lavender Lemon Kombucha!

• What is Kefir?
Kefir is made from Kefir grains and is fermented and lightly carbonated. Traditionally it is made with milk for a creamy and tart drink similar to yogurt. However, it can also be made with water for a dairy free alternative that is light and refreshing and very similar to Kombucha!
