Nice Buns Nice Buns is an "Asian-Fusion" food concept from the mind of Chef Jesse Avery. Literally.

The concept is simple-- take a traditional filled, steamed bao bun and turn it sideways.

After a summer filled with delicious bao burgers, today we are welcoming back our signature handmade bao buns at Wolfden Brewing

On the menu we will have our shredded chicken and pork belly “bacos” as well as a daily special.

Today’s special bun is a slow roasted pot roast braised in Wolfden’s Festwölfin Oktoberfest beer.

A perfect comfort food for a fall day with a pint of beer. Come get it before sell out and don’t let the wind keep you away!
