2025 Small Barrel Marquette🍷Thrice used Hungarian oak held a wine that’s deep and jammy at 14% abv. Served chilled, slightly effervescent with a delightful bouquet. 2 cases left of this 30 gallon run! Like many of our small batches, available in our tasting room only! Apples from Maine and grapes from Vermont unite! Macoun, Cortland, and McIntosh apples crushed and macerated for two weeks, then pressed and wild fermented with Frontenac Blanc grapes . Bottled during primary fermentation for a natural sparkle. Unfined and unfiltered. Zero additives. 660 bottles made.

My gosh- we are so fortunate! 1500 vines planted in 3 days! Many hands make light work! Sending out a massive THANK YOU to everyone who came out to tuck these baby vines in the ground. And extra gratitude to Grampa Dick for generously allowing us to farm his land, and for spending 17 hours in the excavator drilling holes for us! It takes a village- and we are so grateful for ours! .goff
