We weren’t planning a puppy quite so soon… we are just barely getting caught up on sleep from having Matthew!!! But after losing Tutu, Emma just wasn’t herself. We were having a hard time watching her mope around. And then our favorite breeder had two puppies left… so here we are with this little lady. We call her Andi.

Gosh, it’s something special to see your kids with a puppy. 😍❤️

And on a positive note, Raegan is doing very well at picking up her toys. She doesn’t want Andi to chew them. 😆😆

Maple Monday! Maple Digion Dressing

Ingredients
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, or red wine vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Whisk together maple syrup, dijon mustard, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and black pepper in a small bowl or in a mason jar.
Give it a whisk (or a vigorous shake). Taste for seasoning and add in more if necessary.

Notes
This recipe makes a little less than 1/2 cup maple dijon salad dressing.
Store it in a jar with a tight-fitting lid in the fridge for up to a week.
Use it in green leafy salads, grain bowls, and more.
