When your best friend’s daughter asks you to cater her wedding reception, it means more than words can say. It was truly an honor to be trusted with such an important day, and I’m incredibly grateful to have been a small part of such a beautiful celebration.

Big thanks to Nick Finney for having us out today at Quail Meadows Golf Course for their golf outing. It was a hot one and they came in hungry.
38 pounds of protein, a full roaster of Cowboy Beans, and 2 full trays of Memphis style coleslaw.
