Yellowtail Harissa nigiri. This is so tasty the chef might just eat it all. Hurry up and come get some!
Fresh Japanese yellowtail with cilantro oil, harissa, Cypress black salt and yuzu juice. No soy sauce needed :)

Mixing shari, aka sushi rice! We use top notch rice called Koshihikare and make our own sushi su (vinegar) from a combination of rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and kombu kelp. Sushi rice, not fish, is the required ingredient for sushi. If it doesn't have sushi rice, it isn't sushi!

Hello everyone! Here is our next menu features for Basalt Sunday Market. 10 am to 2 pm. As always, we get only the best fish possible. We hope to see you there!

Sashimi (6pc) Features:

Scallop Kosho: Hokkaido scallop, yuzu kosho, scallion, tobiko, aged house soy

Amberjack Balsamic: amberjack, heirloom tomato, balsamic glaze, red salt

Tuna Pomegranate: Hawaiian bigeye tuna, pomegranate arils, shiso, tosasu

Yellowtail Habanero: Japanese yellowtail, blood orange w/ juice, habanero, cilantro oil, sea salt

Torched Salmon Saffron: Scottish Salmon, miso glaze, saffron, ras al hanout, yuzu, sea salt

Any preparation can be done as nigiri too! I personally love the Scallop Kosho as nigiri :)

Roll (10pc) Features:

Spicy Tuna Roll: bigeye tuna, spicy kewpie, shichimi, avocado, cucumber, eel sauce

Yellowtail Saffron: yellowtail, saffron, lemon, scallion, cucumber, ponzu

Salmon Garlic: salmon, garlic chili crunch, cucumber, tosasu

As always we do all fish a la carte (individual, plain) as well.
