Sushi Torakku will be making sushi in Rifle tonight! We'll be at the Rifle Farmers Market 7-10 and 7-31. Come see us! We order our fish from the same purveyors as the high end sushi bars at the ski resort towns.

Sushi Torakku is looking for help! No experience needed! $20-30/hr depending on experience. We need cashier's and sushi chefs. We will train you, just come with willingness to work hard and learn!

Yellowtail Harissa nigiri. This is so tasty the chef might just eat it all. Hurry up and come get some!
Fresh Japanese yellowtail with cilantro oil, harissa, Cypress black salt and yuzu juice. No soy sauce needed :)

Mixing shari, aka sushi rice! We use top notch rice called Koshihikare and make our own sushi su (vinegar) from a combination of rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and kombu kelp. Sushi rice, not fish, is the required ingredient for sushi. If it doesn't have sushi rice, it isn't sushi!
