Chef Ori "Pop-Up" Series A unique dining experience allowing food connoisseurs and amateurs alike to indulge their palette into a burst of flavor.

With today’s health concerns and demand to eat healthy, Chef Ori has been able to revolutionize the typical Latino meal. The rising, Hudson County Culinary Arts Institute graduate has fused her Latino roots and traditions with her passion for sustainability, organic, and locally grown products. She specializes in vegan, gluten-free, and healthy cooking styles, with an emphasis on farm to table plating. Her food has been said that you can taste the passion in every bite.
