**UPDATE** Friends…I’m going to be completely honest in this long post (bear with me). We are at a crossroads with our business. As you know, we were trying to get a permit to move the wine lounge to Main Street but it looks like it’s not going to happen in the time frame we need it to.
We took a step back to really look at our business (and family) and decide which direction to take this. After MUCH consideration and prayer, we have decided to close the wine lounge, and continue with our private label wine business. Beginning September we will only be making wine for businesses and ANYONE who wants a private wine label for their brand or event. Believe me, it was not an easy decision, but it is the best one for our family.
What I want you to know is this: the BEST part of Kana Wine Tasting Lounge for me was YOU! This community has always meant so much to me, and to see everyone show up for our business and truly support our family has been the most amazing thing. We love you all so much!!
Someone asked me if I would do it all over again now that I know the outcome. ABSOLUTELY. Because the outcome made us stronger, wiser, and created amazing new relationships for our family. We went for it! No regrets!
So, next steps: We will have a HUGE WINE SALE on August 26th from 12-7pm if you want to come stock up, and the final day for our doors to be open will be 8/31.
