UPDATE: Inspection went well and inspector says "we're there". Permit is being recommended for approval!!! Now we wait for folks in the upper offices to say "ok". Keep those fingers crossed!!

Hey folk, Stregare Farm's Chef Information Officer, Zeke, here with an update on the Raw Milk for Retail Permit situation. We are absolutely getting closer to its being a reality!! We were finally contacted by the state about getting a copy of our label and all other info so they can start working on the approval. I will keep everyone posted on that progress!

Life is full of interesting twists and turns, and we have found ourselves in a place we didn't expect. Or rather, Carlos has found himself there lol! We are selling Mr. Carlos, our beautiful Spanish Assaf ram who came to us directly from Karras Farms two years ago. No reason other than he's given us all the beautiful lambs that we could want and it is time for him to do the same for someone else. His genetics are stellar and his production capacity is impressive. If you are interested and would like more info, please let me know.
