Our Story
Pop's Kitchen was born out of a desire to share the comforting, hearty meals that we grew up enjoying at family gatherings. Named in honor of the amazing man of our family, "Pop," who once believed that good food has the power to create unforgettable moments, our truck is dedicated to keeping his spirit alive with every meal we serve.
