Our Violet Crown Spirits line opens May 2017 with our green absinthe. Emerald Absinthe is distilled from wine and flavored with herbs and spices. Enjoy responsibly with cold water. Distillery tours and bottle sales in-house Wednesdays and Saturdays 11-6 or by appointment at our facility located:

How do I drink this? Just add water! Never fire. Put the matches down. Always water; never fire. Sugar is okay, though, if you're into that. You don't need a fancy spoon, but it doesn't hurt. Fire hurts, though. Don't set your absinthe on fire. Do order it from our website.
