Their son, currently attending the same school, is being raised in the same spirit. With a background in catering weddings for 15+
years and Catering backyard events for the past 2 years, Chef B BBQ ensures quality and safety, as both Carrie and Chef B are Serv Safe Food Handling Trained by the National Restaurant Association. Their simple yet comforting BBQ and cooking style stems from Chef B's upbringing on a small farm in Stonelick Township, surrounded by the rolling hills and family that inspired his culinary journey. Formerly a school bus driver for 9 years and substitute teacher, Chef B embraced a new chapter in their family lives due to medical complications with Chef B. leading them to immerse themselves in the realm of pitmaster and kitchen duties.
