We are going to try something new, different, and fun at the NY BOER BREEDERS EXPO this year, and we want YOU to consider participating. Saturday night following the pot luck dinner we are going to have a non-abga show event called THE BIG BUCK JACKPOT which is only open to yearling and senior breeding bucks. This is a 50/50 meaning the winner takes 50% of the proceeds. The other 50% will be split between a fund to support ABGA sanctioned shows in NY, and a fund to buy Boer goats for the village of Gahanda, Rwanda. This is a small village in Africa that our church, Northgate FMC is working with to help improve many facets of their daily life and community. Folks, they are amazing people and they are hungry. This is a great cause and money well invested!

The event will consist of yearling and senior breeding bucks based on your entry fee. Classes are $250, $500, and $1000. You never know who will participate or who will enter which class. It’s just about a guarantee these bucks will NOT line up the same as the open drive!

Wether, for you, it’s about showing off your bucks, winning the money, supporting NY ABGA shows, or the difference you can make in the lives of people you don’t even know in. Gahanda, Rwanda, there are so many reasons to participate. I hope you will clean up your best bucks after a long winter and get in the ring!

Descended from Cat In The Hat *ennobled*, Love'nm Dynamite *ennobled*, Polar Express *ennobled* and more with 10/14 ennoblements in 3 generations on his registration. Solly is a gentle giant turning 4 years old 2/13. This fall Solly bred Cinnamon, Hendrickson, Blondie, May, Seabreeze, and Tioga. Looking forward to those kids throughout March!

My third post those 2 beauties in the playhouse came from Sarah Mastrobattisto last summer. We love Blondie and Kissa and we're glad to see them every day. Super ladies, big and beautiful. Kissa just lights up anytime she sees you coming to the barn and insists its playtime. She's a perpetual little kid. You can't tell in the picture, but Blondie has these big beautiful princess eyes that just pull you in. Love these girls.

One of the first posts ever I want to make here... In memory of these two - You see that sweet mother and her baby standing in the doorway? That is Cream and her baby Gidget. They were the hardest losses we ever had to handle. In this business we have learned a lot of lessons but none more hard hitting than losing these two last summer to parasites. If you haven't yet, get yourself trained on how to manage for parasites. These goats lives depend on it!
