The newest little duo is settling in perfectly. 🫏☀️

Millie and Violet spent the all day exploring the pasture, following each other everywhere.

And those ears… absolutely impossible not to love. 😍

Morning naps hit a little different when you spend all morning running, grazing, and making new friends. ☀️🐴🫏💤

The horses and donkeys are absolutely exhausted from all the excitement of their bigger pasture and new adventures.

Meanwhile… the grass is still the horses’ top priority. 🌱😂

With a little encouragement, the horses and donkeys finally met today! 🐴🫏

No drama at all — they were calm, relaxed, and acted like old pasture buddies. 💚

Safe to say introductions at BBF Ranch are going great! 😊

I think Violet is LOVING the bigger pasture side with the drier ground and so much more room to run! 🫏

She is definitely taking full advantage of our new pasture “track system” with her zoomies 😂

She may just be our next track star…

Today was the big introduction… Millie & Violet officially graduated and went into big pasture with the horses.🐴🫏

We were expecting excitement, curiosity, maybe a little drama… but the horses had other priorities. 😂

Let’s just say they were far more interested in the fresh grass than their new pasture mates. The donkeys walked in ready to make friends, while the horses barely looked up from grazing.

So far:
🫏 Donkeys = curious and social
🐴 Horses = “Thanks, but we’re eating.”

A peaceful first introduction is a win in our book! 💚
