Today was a sad day for all of us at Custom Craft Poultry as we said goodbye to our Plant Manager, Andrew Crook, and his faithful companion, Boone. We are going to miss you both more than words can say.

We also said goodbye to Dylan today. It’s never easy to see good people leave, especially those who have become such an important part of our Custom Craft Poultry family.

Andrew, Boone, and Dylan, we wish you all the very best in your future endeavors and wherever life takes you next. Thank you for the memories, the hard work, and the time we’ve shared together.

You will truly be missed, and we hope our paths cross again. ❤️🐾

We found the perfect way to cool off at Custom Craft Poultry—snow cones for everyone from The Pink Puppy! 🍧🐶

There’s just something about having a snow cone that makes you smile and feel like a kid again. ❤️ It was a simple treat that brought lots of smiles on a very hot day!

The Arkansas heat has been extreme, with temperatures reaching 100+ degrees, and many of our employees continue to work outside through it all.

Today, we said goodbye to an old friend and a big part of the Custom Craft Poultry family.

Ronnie Elms has been with us since just two months after we opened our doors. Over the years, Ronnie has been more than a coworker—he’s been a friend, and he will truly be missed.

It’s National Wellness Month, and every morning my humans fill the table with fresh fruit and healthy snacks for everyone at work. 🍎🍌🍇🍊

Looks amazing… but I couldn’t help but notice something is missing.

Where are the healthy dog treats?! 🦴👀

A hardworking company dog has wellness goals too, you know! I take my office security, morale boosting, and meeting attendance very seriously. I think I’ve earned a few treats. ❤️🐶
