I hardly know where to begin or how to express this properly. Today, I am feeling truly blessed. ❤️
This morning, when I opened the kitchen, I was surprised with a beautiful birthday cake from Courtney Raver. She prepared it with so much thoughtfulness and care. Courtney and her family have been our customers for a long time and moments like these remind me how grateful I am to God for bringing such wonderful people into my life through this business.
The food business requires tremendous dedication and hard work. It takes a strong mindset to manage it every day — being punctual, preparing favorite dishes, maintaining healthy standards, managing grocery expenses, and often handling additional responsibilities when help is unavailable. No two days are ever the same.
However, what I value most about this business is the relationships it has brought into my life. You all truly feel like family. ❤️ Lucia and Heidie call me “Viji Aunty,” and I know them because of this journey. If I began mentioning everyone by name, the list would be endless.
Last month, I had the honor of providing wedding catering for Colleen and Rohit. From the very first meeting, they made us feel like part of their family. Being part of their wedding celebration felt just like attending one of our own family weddings in India. It was such a beautiful and meaningful experience.
Thank you all sincerely for your love, kindness, and continued support. Living in a small town is truly a blessing.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Viji❤️
