🌿 Fresh in the shop this week — local asparagus is here! 🌿

Fresh asparagus pairs beautifully with our fresh oyster mushrooms or a sprinkle of our oyster mushroom powder for an easy spring side dish packed with flavor.

✨ Simple Sautéed Asparagus & Oyster Mushrooms ✨
• 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
• 1 cup fresh oyster mushrooms or 1–2 tsp oyster mushroom powder
• 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces.
2. Heat oil or butter in a skillet.
3. Add garlic and oyster mushrooms, cook 2–3 minutes.
4. Add asparagus and sauté 4–5 minutes until just tender.
5. If using mushroom powder instead, sprinkle it in during the last minute of cooking.
6. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.

Simple, fresh, and full of earthy spring flavor.

Stop in while the asparagus is fresh!
