We're excited to introduce another member of our summer team, Addyson Weiler!
A Batesville, Indiana native and Batesville High School graduate, Addyson will be a sophomore this fall at Marian University, where she is pursuing double majors in Social Work and Business. In addition to her studies, she is a member of the Marian University Women's Golf Team.
We're grateful to have Addyson as part of the team this summer and appreciate the enthusiasm and dedication she brings each day. We look forward to seeing all that she'll accomplish as she continues her academic and professional journey. Thanks for being part of the team, Addyson!

Please join us in welcoming our intern, Cole Pride, back for summer 2026! After his time with us last year, Cole went on to complete his Junior year at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. During the year, Cole performed well academically earning Dean’s List recognition in each of the 3 terms during the year. He also performed well on the court earning First Team All-Conference honors in the HCAC for basketball. We are excited to have him back and are looking forward to another great summer onboard!

Having the opportunity to bring together so many members of the EarthTek community made for an unforgettable evening.
We're truly humbled by the amazing turnout and grateful for the continued support from such an outstanding network of people. Our success is built on the relationships we've developed over the years, and events like this are a great reminder of how fortunate we are to work alongside such incredible individuals and organizations.

In the latest issue of Environmental Science and Engineering Magazine, EarthTek's Joe Chaffee explores a recent project where an existing septic tank system was successfully retrofitted into a two-tank SABRE Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) system to achieve compliance with stringent TN requirements.
Rather than replacing the entire facility, the project leveraged existing infrastructure to create a cost-effective, sustainable solution that delivered advanced biological nutrient removal while minimizing construction impacts and capital costs.
The article highlights how attentive engineering, process control, and innovative retrofit strategies can help facilities meet modern environmental standards without starting from scratch.
